Conditions of Use — Kelvin Fundholm

These Conditions of Use govern your access to the Kelvin Fundholm website and platform. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform. Last updated: 2026.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to open an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are not on any sanctions list, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your password, 2FA codes and connected exchange API keys safe. Do not share them with anyone. Notify us immediately at info@kelvin-fundholm.org if you suspect unauthorised access.

Risk acknowledgement

Crypto markets are volatile and trades can result in partial or total loss of invested capital. Kelvin Fundholm is a software tool that automates decisions according to the parameters you choose. We do not provide regulated investment advice and we are not a fiduciary. Please consult a qualified financial advisor if you are unsure.

Permitted use

You may use the platform only for lawful, personal trading. You may not reverse-engineer the algorithm, scrape the dashboard, use the service to launder money, or violate the terms of the exchanges you connect.

Fees

Account opening, deposits and withdrawals are free on the platform side. Network fees and exchange spreads are passed through transparently and shown on the trade ticket. We may introduce optional premium features in the future; we will give 30 days' notice before any charge is added.

Intellectual property

All branding, code and dashboards are the property of Kelvin Fundholm and its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for the duration of your account.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if we detect fraud, abuse, regulatory issues or repeated breaches of these Conditions. You can close your account at any time by writing to info@kelvin-fundholm.org; we will then process any pending withdrawals and delete personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Kelvin Fundholm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by exchange outages, network attacks or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
